Shipping:
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. We typically ship on Mondays and Thursdays.
Can I get my order faster?
Yes. Select Expedited Shipping at checkout to speed up the shipping time.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Transit time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Select the shipping option that best suits your needs at checkout. Add on insurance at checkout to be eligible for a replacement of lost or damaged orders.
Standard: Ships USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated 3-7 shipping days.
Expedited: Ships USPS Priority Mail. Estimated 1-3 shipping days.
Expedited + Signature Required: Ships USPS Priority Mail. Signature required for package to be delivered. Estimated 1-3 shipping days.
International: Ships USPS. Estimated 1-3 weeks. Import duties, taxes, and VAT is not included. This is the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery based on each country's policies.
Wholesale: Available in the United States only. Ships via USPS or UPS Ground, depending on order size. Estimated 3-7 shipping days.
Sustainability:
Do you ship plastic-free?
We do! Our boxes, padding materials, and packing tape are all plastic-free. Plus, our orders ship without a printed receipt to minimize waste.

How can I responsibly dispose of the packing materials?
Cardboard box: Compost or recycle
Biodegradable peanuts: reuse, compost, or dissolve in water
Kraft paper: reuse, compost, or recycle

Do you offer carbon neutral shipping?
Yes. Add on carbon neutral shipping at checkout to reduce the environmental impact of shipping your order.
Local Pickup:
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. We offer pickup from our home studio in West Linn, Oregon. This option can be selected at checkout instead of entering a shipping address.
You will receive an email to schedule a pickup when your order is ready. Be sure to add hello@urbanoreganics.com to your contacts to prevent this email from going to spam.

Making Changes To My Order:
Can I add to my order?
To add onto your order, please reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours.
Can I change my shipping address?
To edit your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours.
If a package is returned to us due to the address being entered incorrectly at checkout, we will contact you for another address and additional shipping fees.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations within 24 hours, as long as your order has not already shipped. Please reply to your order confirmation email to begin that process.
Can I combine multiple orders?
To ensure that your order arrive without any delays or mistakes, we are not able to combine orders. If you would like to add items to your order, please reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours.
Returns & Exchanges:
Can I return or exchange the products I purchased?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us with your order number if you aren't 100% satisfied - we'd love to make it right.
Lost & Damaged Orders:
My package is lost in transit (tracking stopped updating).
Urban Oreganics is not responsible for packages lost by USPS. Select the insurance add-on at checkout to be eligible for a replacement.
If your package is lost in transit (tracking stops updating):
- Make sure the address you entered at checkout is accurate. You can check this on your order confirmation email.
- Sign up for tracking update text messages or emails through USPS.
- Call your local post office and speak with the supervisor for more information (this is not the 1-800 #, but will be a phone number with your local area code).
If none of these steps provide you with information, please reply to your order confirmation email for assistance.
Unfortunately, if you did not add insurance to your order, your package is not eligible for replacement, but you may file a claim with USPS here (scroll down to step 3) to receive a refund from the post office.
My package is marked delivered, but cannot be located.
Urban Oreganics is not responsible for missing packages. Select the insurance add-on at checkout to be eligible for a replacement.
If your package is marked delivered, but cannot be located.
- Make sure the address you entered at checkout is accurate. You can check this on your delivery confirmation email.
- Check the tracking number to see exactly where it was left (mailbox, front porch, back porch, side yard, etc.).
- Check with anyone who lives at your house - sounds silly, but 99% of the time someone in the home has the package and just forgot to relay the information.
- Check with neighbors. Occasionally USPS does deliver to the wrong house.
- Call your local post office and speak with the supervisor for more information (this is not the 1-800 #, but will be a phone number with your local area code) - specifically ask for exact GPS info regarding where your package was left. It may have been left at the wrong residence, or they have also been known to mark packages as "delivered" 1-2 days prior to delivering them.
If you believe the package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report.
If none of these steps provide you with information, please reply to your delivery confirmation email for assistance.
My products arrived damaged.
Making sure your order is packaged with care is always our priority, but occasionally a package is mishandled in transit and arrives damaged.
Urban Oreganics is not responsible for packages damaged by USPS. Select the insurance add-on at checkout to be eligible for a replacement.
