Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We ship orders every Monday and Thursday. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Transit time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. 

Making sure your order is packaged with care and shipped quickly is always our priority. To ensure that your order arrive without any delays or mistakes, we are not able to combine orders. If you would like to add items to your order, please reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours.

• We offer porch pickup from our home studio in West Linn, Oregon. This option can be selected at checkout instead of entering a shipping address.

Urban Oreganics is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss. We recommend selecting the insurance add-on at checkout to protect your package in case of an unfortunate circumstance.

• If your package is missing in transit (the tracking stops updating), sign up for text alerts through USPS.

• If your tracking number shows delivered but the package is nowhere to be found, please click here.

• If your order is lost or damaged please reply to your delivery confirmation email with a brief explanation and photos.

• During extreme warm or cold weather, we suggest having your order delivered to your workplace or opting for the "signature required" shipping method at checkout to ensure your package is not left out in the elements.

 

If a package is returned to us due to the address being entered incorrectly at checkout, we will contact you for another address and additional shipping fees.

We accept cancellations within 24 hours, as long as your order has not already shipped. Please reply to your order confirmation email to begin that process.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us with your order number if you aren't 100% satisfied - we'd love to make it right!
