Hi, I’m Emily—an Oregon native, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for intentional living.
My husband, Cory, and I are raising our two boys, Max and Milo, to appreciate nature, embrace creativity, and live with purpose. Our days are filled with outdoor adventures, slow mornings, and plenty of laughter, all centered around a home built on love and intention.
Whether it’s through my business, home, or family life, I'm always creating spaces and experiences that reflect what matters most—simplicity, sustainability, and a deep connection to the things that truly nourish the soul.
In 2018 Emily had a 2 year old, a 5 year old, and a business that was growing every single day. It wasn't sustainable alone. She had held down the Urban Oreganics fort for five years solo, and after two years of very seriously considering it (and working with her on nights and weekends), her husband, Cory, finally quit his budding banking career to join her.
Fast forward to 2023... the kids were older, business had slowed, and their needs had changed. So Cory started the next chapter of his professional life at a local digital marketing firm. He gave UO 110%, but it was never his calling, it was Emily's. While it was a bittersweet end of an era, he's enjoying normal working hours, paid holidays, and employer health insurance (IYKYK).
He still pops in to help her occasionally. And in the meantime, he's in their home office right next to Emily every day, while they each pursue their own passions, separately, but side by side.
