How do I prepare my empties?
Containers must be empty, completely clean (no product residue remaining), dry, and undamaged to receive credit. Labels can be left on.
To minimize the carbon footprint (and your shipping costs), please ship at least 5 empties at a time.
Please include your full name and account email in the box with your empties.
How do I send them back?

Please use plastic-free shipping materials whenever possible - we will reuse these to ship orders.

How do I earn rewards for them?
You will earn 100 rewards points per full size (2oz, 4oz, 8oz) Urban Oreganics glass container. You will only receive credit for clean, dry, and intact containers, so please prepare them consciously.
A rewards account is required to receive credit.
Wholesale accounts are not eligible for empties credit.
