So good!!

This was my very first product from UO (purchased through Marley’s Monsters a few months ago). Now I’m obsessed with all things UO. These grains are so gentle but work so well! The grains smell like oatmeal and I didn’t mind it at first. But now I love it and find it calming because these grains have become part of my routine. I have very sensitive, combination skin. I live in the Midwest, so the winter is taking a toll on my skin right now. These grains are great for gentle exfoliation and they seem to help reduce the redness on my face. My face is so soft and my acne is going away! Amazing! And, my jar came completely full (to the absolute top), so it is lasting a long time! To store a smaller amount in my bathroom drawer, I upcycled an old small spice shaker jar, so that I can shake the right amount of grains onto my mixing dish. It works great!

By the way, I’m switching all of my skincare over to UO products, so the other products are definitely contributing to my results as well.

Love the refill bag option

I love products in glass containers because they're more eco friendly and I can reuse them.. but at some point I accumulate a lot of containers, so I'm happy with the refill bag option for the cleansing grains! The only problem I ran into is that I have the original bottle of cleansing grains, with the narrow opening... so it's hard to refill. I tried a funnel but that didn't work too well so I might just have to use a different container!

Heaven for Sensitive Skin

I have tried so many products that left my skin irritated. This product is so gentle, it cleanses my face without causing any irritation. The ingredients are so clean. I love that I don't have to worry about my Urban Oreganics products. Plus, the cute jars are so cute and I can refill them, reducing waste. Win-win!
