It’s no secret; if you have been following us for a while, you know our whole family is vegan (including our dog). Our reasons for choosing this lifestyle are outlined in a previous blog post here. If you are new to this lifestyle, or are just interested in including more plant-based meals, it can be tricky to navigate during the holidays. Chances are, you will be attending a few events where you have the opportunity to introduce your friends and family to some delicious plant-based dishes.
We chose a handful of our favorites to share with you for the holiday season. We have tried and loved every single one of these. For a more in-depth look at our typical weekly meal prep (along with some sample menus), check out our meal prepping posts here.
Don’t forget, if you are on a specific diet restriction, it's easy to make adjustments as needed. For example, since we are mostly gluten-free, we utilize gluten-free vegan noodles for our pasta dishes.
