Our Organic Ingredients:
+ Pure Virgin Coconut Oil has natural anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. It hydrates and conditions skin, and helps skin retain moisture.
+ Candelilla Wax is naturally anti-inflammatory and has been known to help treat acne.
+ Aloe Vera Gel is a common household item especially if you’ve ever experienced a bad burn! But, it also treats acne, is anti-aging, and soothes irritated skin.
+ Jojoba Oil might as well be called the hair and skin cure-all. As we age, our sebaceous glands produce less sebum (healthy oil that moisturizes your skin and hair). Jojoba Oil has the same properties and consistency of sebum, therefore, is an amazing alternative to help restore moisture naturally. It also promotes skin health and improves acne as it is rich in iodine and other antibacterial properties. Finally, it contains Vitamin E, which combats aging, sun damage, and reduces scar appearance.
+ Green Tea was always at the top of my list for this product. It treats acne, is anti-aging, and protects against sun damage. This is exactly what you want (and need) in your facial moisturizer!

A quick vocab lesson: "non-nano" refers to the size of the zinc oxide powder in its molecular form. Non-nano is safer as it poses a smaller risk of skin-penetration. Nanoparticles also have a shorter record of safe use and pose potential environmental concerns. Historically, certain toxic chemicals found in commercial sunscreens have ended up causing damage to the coral reefs. Uncoated zinc oxide is a mineral-based filter that is a much safer alternative to conventional chemical-based filters. In summary, this is the good stuff that protects against the sun’s harmful UV rays AND is the most eco-friendly option.
Recommended Uses:
Our Facial Cream is specially formulated for all skin types to moisturize deep without any buildup. Applying it with your fingertips (even clean ones) can cause grime and oil to be trapped in your pores and cause breakouts. Because of this, we always recommend applying using a cosmetic brush or sponge. This is especially important with our cream, but also a good rule of thumb with any lotion/serum/cosmetics you apply to your face.
For best use, apply a thin layer to clean skin using a cosmetic brush or sponge. Continue to blend in a circular motion until fully absorbed. To help reduce inflammation or puffiness, follow with a gentle facial roller massage; your skin will thank you!
Since our Facial Cream contains healing ingredients, like aloe vera gel and green tea, it also works wonders on small kitchen burns. A nice layer over an oven burn really helps pull the heat, reduce inflammation, and prevent scarring. Or create your own tinted moisturizer by mixing in a mineral powder!

Hi! I would like to know if it contains water or it’s just oils. I have some allergies related to the emulsifiers in some creams.
The facial cream is the product that hooked me with UO. My skin is very dry, but most products I used either made my skin oily, greasy feeling., or made me breakout. UO facial cream is perfect so moisturizing my skin actually feels amazing and it doesn’t break out.
