  • Orders are processed in 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Transit time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. 
  • We offer porch pickup from our home studio in West Linn, OR for local customers. Please select this option at checkout instead of entering a shipping address, and still allow 3-5 business days for pickup.
  • We accept cancellations within 24 hours, as long as your order has not already shipped. Please reply to your order confirmation email to begin that process.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us with your order number if you aren't 100% satisfied - we'd love to make it right!
    • If your package is missing in transit (the tracking stops updating), sign up for text alerts through USPS.
    • If your tracking number shows delivered but the package is nowhere to be found, please click here.
    • If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please reply to the Route insurance email the received after placing your order for replacement or reimbursement.
